Are you still operating as normal?
Yes. As a recognized essential facilities owner, operator and services provider, TDS proudly remains open to offer “Noticeably Different, Noticeably Better” services related to the collection, processing, recycling, composting and disposal of solid waste, and other essential services to all our customers and the communities we serve.

How can I stay updated on services regarding COVID-19?
Any necessary updates or changes to our residential service will come through our Waste Wizard app, which you can download and sign up for through Google Play and the App Store.
Any company-wide information or necessary changes in service will come out through the Waste Wizard app and through our social media platforms on Facebook and Twitter.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation vary among our several locations. Find our hours by location here.
Our facilities are open on all holidays with normal hours with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s. TDS facilities are closed on those days.
What are your gate rates?
Texas Disposal Systems gate rate prices differ by location. A full list of gate rate pricing can be found here.

What companies are affiliated with TDS?
Many companies and programs are affiliated with Texas Disposal Systems, including TDS Excavation Services, Texas Landfill Management, Inc., Texas Organic Products, Acme Iron & Metal in San Angelo and the six Garden-Ville locations across central Texas. We also offer several business units under the TDS name, such as disaster relief efforts, green builder solutions, and more.
Are you publicly owned, or do you receive government grants?
Texas Disposal Systems and our affiliated companies remain privately owned and operated. We receive no grant money, and instead have assisted non-profit groups in raising more than $26,000,000 through the use of our Event Pavilion.
Are you still owned by the same family that started the business?
Yes. Bobby (80% owner) and Jimmy Gregory (20% owner) remain the owners of the businesses.
