Residential and Municipal Service

TDS provides residential service to thousands of homes, making us one of the largest residential service providers in central Texas. We provide residential services to individual homeowners, homeowner’s associations (HOAs), municipalities and municipal utility districts (MUDs). TDS services include cart service, mixed recycling, bulky item collection and direct phone access to our residential Customer Care representatives.

Residential

TDS residential services provide consistent, courteous, and safe collection of solid waste and recyclables. Safety is our highest concern. TDS is committed to maintaining drivers that are professional and courteous at all times.

Municipal

TDS is a rapidly growing provider of franchised solid waste services in Texas. The main reason for our growth is our creativity and flexibility in meeting the varied needs of municipalities, municipal utility districts (MUDs) and homeowner’s associations (HOAs). Our services include:

When servicing a MUD or a HOA, we ensure the highest quality of service by meeting specific needs, continuous monitoring and following SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) goals. TDS has established a set of performance standards that give us the defined and measurable services needed to have a sure quality program. Pickup Schedules:	Monday - Saturday. For the best service results, please have your waste receptacles at the curb by 7 a.m.
Customer Care Department:	7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
Dispatch Department:	Open 24 hours a day, beginning Monday 12 a.m. - Saturday 5 p.m.
